This is a great question...

1) A 154 game sched.

2) No inter-league play.

3) No DH.

4) No expansion.

5) Keep divisional playoff at best of 5.

6) Keep All-Star game unimportant.

7) Hard salary cap.

8) More day games.

And all of this stuff is possible..This is not far flung by any means..
