I wish I could be definitive, but I'd likely call it a Full Ticket, have suitable pictures and description, and let the buyer decide what exactly if was used for.
It does have a Section number, and that could have very been a low demand section they didn't think assigned seating was important for, and used it as sort of a general seating section.
There was 22,000+ in attendance for that bout in Yankee Stadium, so it wasn't exactly sold out.
Don't think it's exactly a proof, but very likely could have been from a batch that was printed for sections of the stadium, that wasn't likely to see many attendees.
A lot of these types of tickets came out of the Jim Jacobs/Bill Cayton collection. I believe they had access to or purchased the leftovers of various promotions throughout their years of collecting.
