Double Negatives and Misplaced Quotation Marks
This is a great thread. Two of my pet peeves (although I'm sure I'm guilty from time to time) are the use of double negatives and the improper "use of quotation marks".
- I can't see nothing wrong with that card.
- I haven't "never owed nothing" to no one.
