That's Red Sox mainstay Hal Janvrin in the front row of the Camp Devens card. SABR bio confirms it:

I cobbled together some excerpts from a city history, chronology a bit unclear, that gives a glimpse of their story. That's a fine looking postcard, a classical assemblage of ballplayers.
