Paul I think I know what this seller is doing. He is accurately describing his cards as reprints, but deceptively picturing scans of real cards. The plan, I assume, is for someone to look at the scans, think he has outsmarted the dealer, and try to take advantage of the dealer's "mistake" by buying the cards.
Several months ago, a dealer was offering M-101-5s that looked very real, with lots of browning and rounded corners. They were identified as reprints. I asked him a couple of times why he believed they were reprints. He never responded. I couldn't figure out what was going on, so I didn't bid. It may have been the same scam.
