Sorry I started a problem. The sheet image you sent did say 1965 on top which is why, I think, the confusion reigns. Your checklist matches a Football Guide checklist I just pulled up on the net so I will go with you. Do you know why the Saver sheet had a 1965 date vice 1966? This is for my own edification. I know Topps baseball (and others) had this problem for years until they standardized the industry.

It's says "1965 NFL All Star Team affiliation shown on this sheet" because these are the All Stars from the previous season. The '66 All Stars were not on this sheet because the season had not been played yet. The '65 & '64 sheets have that notation for the previous season also.
