Default VCP search methods

So, I'm considering getting a subscription to Vintage Card Prices.

I was wondering if their search methods and archives are any better than CardTarget.com. I realize that they will have more sets, but I was wondering if their search was more comprehensive.

I currently collect 1956 Topps and have been keeping my own sales records for those cards so that I am properly informed. I've noticed CardTarget only has about a tenth of the sales that I have accumulated over the same time frame. I'm guessing that since their search methods are computerized, and that they are a bit more careful about what gets tracked, as not to incorrectly track. If I'm paying $18 a month, I would expect 9/10 card transactions to be tracked and maybe the other 1 to slip through the cracks. Is this the case with VCP or are their methods about the same?

Thanks, Steve
