davidcyclebackEl periodico is Spanish for the newspaper, and there are newspapers in Barcelona and Panama of that name, perhaps others. Obviously your item came from a Spanish language newspaper somewhere.
I don't know, but a guess is that it was a 1992 insert with the Barcelona El Periodico, as Barcelona Spain hosted the 1992 Olympics and Cassius Clay would have been a relevant Olympic subject. That's merely speculation, as I've never before seen the item.
