As to the question of Bushing not disclosing his financial interest in the streak bat, I think most of us have formed an opinion about that already, and rightfully so. But as to the bat itself, none of us (as far as I know) have heard Bushing's explanation first-hand, or seen the Henrich tape, or been privy to the other relevant facts, so going with an open (although skeptical) mind seems to me to be appropriate under the circumstances.

Separately, does anyone know why Robert Plancich is not going? Is he not invited? Did he decline? Was he advised by counsel not to go? If he is not invited that would certainly increase my skepticism about the good faith of the "authenticators."
