Yes sort of. I spoke with the catering manager at the Hyatt today and am going to give her a count on the 19th of this month. That is about 2 weeks prior to the event and 8 days from now. If by then anyone is still a "maybe" just rsvp as a "maybe". I usually count each "maybe" as a half. ALSO, you only need to RSVP in one place, here in this thread.....my email (address above) or you can PM me too. There should be some very interesting folks attending too.
