danI have done the same! I begged and pleaded with ebay to dump this scum as he is ripping off unknowing members left and right. They just do not care. I even filed a suggestion that they should hire people who KNOW certain specific areas of collecting to police the auctions! God I would love that job in pre-1930 baseball!
