davidcyclebackIf someone sold me a fake and was a pain in the butt about giving the refund, I would not categorize that as a positive buying experience. If you sell someone a fake, you're supposed to be apologetic not crabby about refunding. Some would say lack of apology itself deserves customer relations demerit. If you spill red wine on someone's carpet, the least you're supposed to do is apologize.
