Default Can anyone help ID'ing this late 1930's card - Pitt Football

Posted By: Keith

I posted this on the Football side of the post war area a couple of weeks ago, but no one recognized it. Has anyone ever seen one of these "cards" before? I picked this up in a large group of ephemera belonging to Emil Naric, a star for the late 30's University of Football team, who, after WWII, turned down an oppurtunity to play for the Steelers, to take a coaching job and full time law school enrollment at West Virginia Univ. The ephemera included a few signed checks from Emil Narick signed during his days as coach and I believe Captain of the West Virginia football team, and much more.

This card measures 4.25 inches by 2.75 inches and is on light stock paper. There are no markings on back. Has anyone seen this issue before?
