Jay - Honest Long Cut was scrap tobacco, not cigarettes (Honest actually didn't make cigarettes). The cards were packaged like they were with Polar Bear, directly in the scrap tobacco. So, it would be impossible for tobacco to bleed through the cig to the card since there were no cigs.
