Thanks again for all the responses. I have emailed everyone who has requested a list. If for some reason you did not receive the list just send another email. I am looking forward to your input.

Looking back over the list today I realized that I had yet to identify one player (Lakoff). If anyone has any information regarding this player let me know. I could not find any records for him.
