The '54 Dan Dee Mickey Mantle was my "Holy Grail" at the beginning of this year. A nice, clean,
centered mid-grade copy had eluded me for years. Then, in late Feb. of this year, a beautiful PSA 5 was offered up on eBay by PWCC. I won that auction and the white whale was harpooned! But.....
a week ago this puppy showed up on eBay and the insane collector in me couldn't resist.
This is not as nice as the one from Feb., but this one was also cheaper. Thanks for not judging, as I'm sure some of you here understand this sickness.
