I think that depends on what the facial comparison can tell us. If the images are clear enough and show a difference that is virtually exclusionary (like starkly differing ear shapes) or several differences that are nearly exclusionary, then I think that the game is over (i.e. FR = 0). Of course it’s not always so clear cut.
Conversely, a guy in a jet plane is not going to be Hoss Radbourn, no matter what he looks like (i.e. CR = 0).
That said, we do see photos where your grid would be applicable.
