So I've jumped on the "purple sky" train 1963 Topps Football cards. Almost all of the cards can be found with "purple skies" team cards and checklist cards are exempt. I heard that #14 Jim Brown and #74 Don Meredith can't be found with a "purple sky" either. So here are a couple in my collection, and a link to my friends page that pictures the purple sky cards. So next time you are digging through the bargain box, keep an eye out for "purple skies".
