Frank L.Never run into anyone taking so long to pay when I sold on ebay.
I would write to him and state it is UNACCEPTABLE to wait that long for payment, and you need payment "now". Based on his response I would then answer. If he says he cant, you either wait or tell him you will have to relist the items.
