To see if they can be that off on measurements, I just took a stack of 50-60 very original, raw ones....in around vg+/- condition. There isn't that big of a difference on any of them. Hope that answers your question. Other than that maybe there are 1960 Topps experts that know differently. I have a few hundred more I can put next to each other if need be.
ps..Just for grins I took another 50 or so out, put them on my desk and only had one that came up different. So if you have one that looks like this, I wouldn't worry (it's too large anyway). Otherwise, I might.
