Here are two weird ideas:
1.)The ONLY voting will be done by current Hall-of-Famers.
and / or
2.) Elect Bonds, Clemens, McGwire, Sosa, Palmeiro, etc.,
but only INDUCT Them POSTHUMOUSLY!
