That time of year again. Need someone who can design a fancy front & back Baseball Card template for my students.

Multi Layed PSD front & back
2.5" by 3.5" @ 300 DPI with 1/4 bleed around the card (2.75" by 3.75")

Front design:

Child Name
School Name: Carver Cougars or Cougars
School Colors: Blue & Gold
Year: 2009

Back design:

Child Name
Year: 2009
Should have space for the child to put "50 words or less their favorite things in life".
