I would have posted this much earlier but it took awhile for to find this in my piles of Pirate crap. Nonetheless, this is a 1971 World Series Champion Pirates pennant. I would assume it would have been issued in late in 1971 or 1972. Based on the use of the same font on the word Pittsburgh and the vintage Pirate image it was likely produced by the same company as your Steeler pennants during a similar time frame.
