After 4yrs of searching I finally found this Bob Feller premium from Sportfolio Magazine! The item is just as described on the business reply card in the April 1948 issue - an 8x10 color copy of the cover photo. The back is blank other than a hand written name of Bob Feller in pencil. As you can see it has obvious water stains, and a less obvious paper divot near the bottom left hand corner in the yellow background, but as a collector I couldn't be happier to confirm its existence AND add it to my Bob Feller collection!

FYI, the same seller I bought this from on eBay had a Ralph Kiner premium as well, also 8x10 in color, and appears to match the May 1948 Sportfolio Magazine cover photo. That premium has a nice notation at the bottom, "Compliments SPORTFOLIO - The Illustrated Digest of All Sports"
