I think I got the card for $30 last year on COMC.
I had never heard of Jason Neighborgall, either. Those minor league stats may be the worst I have ever seen other than a guy who only pitched one or two innings total. He walked 128 batters in 42.1 innings, including 37 walks in 6.2 innings the first year. Even throwing 100 miles per hour, how is it even possible to be that wild? I like the career WHIP of nearly 4.0. LOL.
