I was lucky enough to acquire this photo from a gentleman in Scottsbluff, NE after doing a previous transaction with him on ebay I asked if he had anything else related to baseball in Nebraska and I about fainted when he sent me a picture of this item....well today it has arrived. That's a full sized baseball bat for comparison. Photo is from opening day, April 21, 1911 at Antelope Park in Lincoln for a game between the Lincoln Railsplitters and the Denver Grizzlies. Lincoln went on to win the game 3-2, but the Grizzlies went on to win the Western League that year and are considered one of the finest minor league teams ever assembled.This is a pinback from that game
