What, if anything ties Walt to the set? This is not the artist who i had in mind. Just off the top of my head, i know he was very young at the time of production of the goudeys. I also believe he worked for disney at the time. Pogo didn't come out until the 40's so it would seem to me that he would be an unlikely candidate to actually do the artwork for the goudeys. My opinion is just that, and not really based on anything except what i do know about Kelly.
