It's unfortunate, but that garbage has been listed and sold at hundreds of local auction houses, charity events, etc.
The "CSC Collectibles" COA is on Ebay's Banned COA list. When that crap is listed on Ebay and "reported," it gets removed.
The distribution of that garbage (forgeries) is far reaching and almost beyond comprehension.
