Who of us haven't shown a few cards to someone who'd asked to see them, then their 10 second attention span ended and they care not about our cards???

So I understand why some folks don't bother to show cards to the uninitiated.

Showing cards to someone who won't appreciate them reminds me of an occasionally heard saying around these parts... "It's like teaching a pig to sing, it's a waste of time, and annoys hell outa the pig."
