The Sporting News had three contract cards that MAY fit together –

1. J.C. “Cy” Young – b. 1886 Fredonia, Wis.; add: 49 W 6th Street – Cincinnati, OH; Huntington 1910-Manager 1910- Won Pennant Rel. 7/10- LaCrosse 1910-rel. 7/10-Rochester, Minn. 1911- Davenport 1911-

2. Jacob Young – P, b. 1886 Fredonia, Wisc; Fredonia 1906- Madison & Milwaukee 1907- Milwaukee-Houston & Lake Shore League 1908- Lake Shore League 1909-

3. Cy Young – b. 8-22-85 Fredonia, NY; 6-1.5 180; Houston, Texas Rochester, Minn. Manitowoc, Wis. Stevens Point, Wisc. Chicago AM. 6/12- Pitched 85 innings without allowing a score up to date. July 20, 1912- Sioux City for 1913????

It looks to me like this might be 1, 2, or even 3 different guys, with their records intermingled. Now that you've identified a source listing him as "Julius", I'll do some more work on him.
