Probably very unusual. Rich Klein might be interested. I know he likes those Heritage Buybacks and would actually appreciate that it was stamped during the wrong year.
Should have been fairly obvious during that year, as 1966 Topps has white borders and 1968 has the burlap borders. Should have stuck out like a sore thumb during the sorting/stamping process.
