Weaver has several Minor League Cards from 1911. His first Major League card is the 1912 T207, which I consider to be his Rookie Card. It's up to you which one you feel is his Rookie Card.

The one thing that I think most of us are in agreement on is that the appearance/aesthetics of the card has nothing to do with whether or not it is a rookie, while it may affect the desirability of the card.
