Peter_SpaethY'all ought to just agree to disagree. Neither group is going to convince the other. Personally I don't see any problem with soaking a card in water to remove glue or paper, because I have not heard any compelling evidence that it changes the card in any way, and many knowledgeable and experienced people are saying it doesn't. But it doesn't bother me if others feel differently.
