PASJDI don't think Jon is well advised to bring a lawsuit where his damages are probably a few bucks at best (lost profits from sale of a single ball). Small claims court at best, or a nasty letter if he feels the need for vindication. Let's be realistic here. There is no antitrust claim unless one could make the improbable argument that Reggie Jackson autographed balls are constitute a separate, relevant product market. This seems unlikely to me. Plus where does Jon sue? Does blocking an ebay sale, or posting an ebay auction, confer personal jurisdiction over Reggie.com in Jon's home state?
