On the under $400's, they are usually one or maybe two graded cards, sandwiched in cardboard and well taped, in a padded envelope. If it's 3-5 graded cards, they will usually still go first class in the small boxes available from u-line. Past that is flat rate boxes.
I used to use the small priority boxes until the rate kept going up and realized the small 400 count U-line boxes would go first class for 1/2 the price, and many, many times be there in the same time frame as the priority boxes.
