Hello to all,

I haven't updated the material in probably over a year, and I haven't even read through this version lately-- so I'm sure there are corrections to be made. As I'm sure there are mistakes and missing valuable information, I welcome all input. I will be looking though it myself, looking for things I should fix/add.
