There were several flaws in the score card. For example, he had the Red Sox winning 3-2. In 1941, there were no games with the same score between the 2 teams at Yankees Stadium. He also did not score the top of the first inning.
But there were several innings which matched exactly to the box score from Baseball Reference.
So far, I am convinced that this is a scorecard from the hitting streak. Now that you have also confirmed it, I feel even better about it.
