Anthony NThe price tracking service I use (vcp) set up half grades as soon as they were announced.
From what I"ve seen and the early training grades the half grades are basically a reverse qualifier, denoting superior centering for the grade. Initially, at least, a very small percentage are getting the bumps. I'm sure this will change with the weather in Tustin.
I still think it's a BS money grab by a company losing ground to their competition.
