Gary B.i COULD do that, but i thought from a lot of the posts around here i've seen that people try all the time to get stuff delisted from ebay and are unsuccessful because ebay doesn't care. i don't want to put any more time into this than i have if it's only an offchance it will work. and don't worry, i don't spend much time trying to get through to scammers or protect people from them, i do have a life, it's just that every once in awhile it gets one auction will get me particuarly annoyed and it's hard to keep looking the other way all the time.
