I would tend to agree.

Flynn could charge $5-10 each for that card and probably bring in more than he could at $500 per for a select few only. Of course, that means he has to sign more cards.

Ron Kittle signs his 1984 Topps card for Charity only. He charges $25 as I found out trying to track one down years ago. Ron seems like a real down to earth guy (at least on Facebook), but he could probably earn more for the charity at a more acceptable price for that card. I understand he signs anything else for free.
