Because of the technology used back 20+ years ago when the books were first published, and the loss of his masters in his move back to California a couple of years ago, he no longer has the ability of reprinting more copies of his books. I wonder if they could be photocopied and reissued in book form like VCBC did with Lew Lipset's Encyclopedia's? You lose detail on the images but the text comes through fine.
