In the last few issues of the Standard Catalog that he edited Bob Lemke stopped listing new and actually removed some existing border gap variant listings because his definition of a variation narrowed to eliminate unintentional recurring print defects. I do have the Cash and agree there are a bunch of the gap variants in the 73 set. Not sure if the Cash appears in the never ending variations thread.
