long-time collector, first post on this forum. found the forum after reading the book "The Card" earlier this year.
as a Carlton Fisk player collector i bought these on a lark:

after receiving them, they appear to be vintage 1970's photos on real Kodak paper measuring 3 3/8" x 4 3/4". in looking around a bit, the Fisk, Spahn and Terry Forster photos are identical images to their 1975 SSPC issued cards, albeit the issued cards are cropped versions of these photos.
was wondering if they may be 1975 SSPC proof photos? has anyone seen or heard of this 70's oddball item?
