Actually, that looks like the signature of the Rick Anderson (there were two of them), who pitched for the Yankees in 1979, and the Mariners in 1980. He died in 1989.

The other Rick Anderson (who pitched for the Mets in 1986 and the Royals in 1987-88), wrote his "A" like the capital printed A, not like a "little" a.

There are examples of both signatures on ebay.
