My first impression is it appears to be a 2nd generation print.......maybe c. 1950's or so. The large bottom border indicates to me they just lacked cropping/centering tools when creating the print on standard 8x10 paper.

Does not look like 1920's to me, though I very well could be wrong.

Might possibly be from original neg. but impossible to tell from those pictures.
