Michael MoranI have never seen the Star Player Candy Friedman card but would love to post an image on that Giants Wiki Page - in Googling it I found a nice image of the 1926 Friedman Spalding card at http://www.psacard.com/SetRegistry/alltimeset.aspx?s=14279 - and didn't Carl Lamendola write the article for Gridiron Greats?
I think Carl dates the Star Player Candy card as 1928. I have the book he wrote on Collecting Vintage Football Cards and will have to look it up in there - good leads - thanks!!
