Years ago I contacted the archivist at the Hall of Frame to see what pictures of my father were in their files and they sent me some scans and I paid for some copies - but later I believe the HOF stopped doing that and now you have to go through NFL Properties for copies of photographs. However, I think if you go to the HOF library you might find they will make copies of material for you there.
