You do not have to "join" their club to submit your check.
Just go to:

Follow the steps EXACTLY using their links about half way down the page titled:
"Submitting your autographs to PSA/DNA is easy. Follow this process."
You can auto fill the form out or hand fill it out. No difference. For Customer # just put N/A.
Once they receive your package, they will assign an invoice # to your order. I'd suggest calling them about 10 days after shipping to get that number so you can track it when you call them about your item in the future.
