I know nothing about 1935 Goudey's but am guessing it's a fake. It's similar to this recent ebay listing:

The seller has a poor feedback rating and he had revised this listing most likely to add that it was a reprint in the description since he didnt note it in the title. Your card is similar as its in a similar holder and the set-up with the card and signature are aligned the same way. Also curious how you have this 1935 Goudey card with signature and dont know what you have.
