What about estimates of surviving examples, Phil, as I believe was originally discussed with regard to an earlier book proposal? Also, are you defining rookie card as "first card (which would include minor league cards--see the 1921 Grove vs his 1926-29 Exhibit)," or first major league card? I'm asking because I definitely have some interest in the book.
